Mystery on the Lake Productions and iTheatre Inc. present a new adventure in interactive theatre where you`re not just the audience, you`re in the show! This innovative experience in entertainment is appropriately dubbed, "Theatre that `moves` you", since the performance takes place throughout a variety of related venues that are linked through an engaging plot, rather than the traditional theatre performance that takes place in just one location. Participants walk between the venues and are integrated into the show through the interactivity of live improvisational theatre and the fun of teamwork in collecting clues and solving puzzles. Part live theatre, part scavenger hunt, part mystical adventure, and part walking tour, MOTL performances are all presented in an environment of mystery and intrigue. You will work together in groups of 12 to 14 on your pursuit, searching for clues and interacting with an unusual cast of supporting characters. Discovering who is actually part of the show is all part of the experience. The iTheatre script writers have created unique storylines for you that integrate local points of interest with a variety of fascinating and engaging characters. You will be drawn into a plot as a group and dispatched on a challenging quest as you are immersed in the comedy and drama of improvisational theatre. You`re one of the stars of the show!
Discover the Queen Street Arts & Entertainment District of Niagara Falls as you become involved in a mysterious plot of magic, illusion, danger and entertaining twists and turns. You will have an exclusive look behind the scenes exploring the dark corners of the entertainment district as you unravel the baffling circumstances surrounding the legend of `The Last Illusionist.` The faint of heart are advised to think twice before booking a ticket for this 2 hour interactive experience.
Season: May to October
This show is most appropriate for those 12 years of age and older. Children under the age of 12 may be frightened by some parts of the show. Each child under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. (i.e. 2 children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by 2 adults, etc.) All participants must have a ticket regardless of age.
